Sun Drum Dance brings you two Move To Your Inner Rhythm courses: Mindful Movement with Fany and Somatic Movement with Liz.

Why Choose Move to Your Inner Rhythm Courses?

Remember who you are and embrace all the different elements of the self and your body. If you are here, you are already on the path of self discovery! This will be another transformative experience that gives you the permission to deep dive into your own internal experience.

Each section is a guided intuitive practice that is connecting us deeper to ourselves. For inspiration, simplicity and guidance we have linked the different sections to the Elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Orenda.

You don’t need to follow the sections in specific order, just tune in with your intuition and DIVE IN.

Move to your inner rhythm – You are the medicine

There is something much greater than you or me and our physical expressions. Something that exists in the unseen world. It is the energy source in the quantum field that helps us to raise our vibration and bring us back into alignment with our Divine path and purpose – that something is your Inner Healer, your own medicine!

This experience will support you to create pathways to remember who you are and unlock the power of your own medicine.

What You Will Receive

Both courses follow similar structure to guide you through 3 areas: Guided embodied meditation, Activation and Freedom

GUIDED EMBODIED MEDITATION

Gain the tools to drop into the present moment. Through breath and movement, dive deeper into relaxing your mind, increasing your awareness of your body and surrendering into self acceptance.

Use conscious movement as a tool to feel your inner peace in a constantly changing reality.

We use:

  • Elements of the teachings of Chinese medicine, acupressure points and meridian lines to release and activate.
  • EFT – emotional freedom technique – to release the old and create space for the new.
  • Shaking Hawaiian practice to cleanse the energetic field and physical body.
  • Ancient practices like yoga and tai chi which are our inspiration to move the energetic fields in the inner and outer bodies.

Once you build a foundation for bridging those two worlds, you will find moving through your daily life easier. When there is outside “chaos”, you will be able to connect with your inner wisdom.

The program guides us into a “worry free”, “liberation“, ‘’trance”, “switching off the monkey mind” state of mind where you can reconnect with your inner purpose, and experience emotional release, insights, new creative ideas and, problem solving. Through Letting Go of what we know about ourselves, our limiting beliefs, stereotypes and, expectations, we can evolve and reach our full potential. We achieve liberation and increase our vibration.

Video recordings range from 10 to 20 minutes. All are done standing in nature, but if needed you could adapt and be seated.

ACTIVATION

Learn new technics that will enhance your own practice. You can be selective and use the ones that you connect deeper with. You will learn breath work that will reignite the energy rising and heat the passion into your heart. You will learn the skills to accept positive healthy habits into your daily life. At the same time you will support your well-being, body tones and overall health.

Pick up new somatic movement practices, exploring your vast vocabulary of movement and expanding your skills and abilities. Activate your body awareness, body flow and body intelligence for a holistic movement approach.

Use our videos as inspiration to regain and reconnect with your own movement. Increase your self expression and freedom of being in your own body.

Video recordings range from 5 to 15 minutes. Mixture of sitting and standing.

FREEDOM

With each module you will receive at least one audio recording of a sound journey to use for your own dance practice and liberation.
